Additional Treatment Options
While Suboxone® is our most common treatment, we also offer:

Naltrexone (Vivitrol®): Blocks opioid effects and can also treat alcohol use disorder.

Other prescription medications or supplements to ease withdrawal and cravings.
Your provider will work with you to design an individualized recovery plan.
Counseling & Community Support
Melo Recovery & Wellness does not currently provide on-site counseling, but we work closely with local NA/AA chapters and behavioral health specialists. Suboxone® and other MAT treatments are most effective when paired with therapy and group support.
In many cases, yes. Some patients may need inpatient detox first, but outpatient induction is often possible. Your provider will help determine the safest option.

Yes. We strictly follow 42 CFR Part 2 and HIPAA. With our small practice setting, only 1–2 patients are typically seen at a time, helping protect your privacy.
Yes—we want treatment to be accessible during early recovery and flexible once you’re in maintenance.

Initial visit: $200 (includes 4 weekly visits + in-office drug/pregnancy test)

Stabilization & maintenance: $125/month

Additional outside lab work and prescription costs are the patient’s responsibility.

We do not accept insurance at this time. However, patients may use insurance to cover prescriptions or outside lab costs. Payments can be made via debit card, credit card, or check (no cash).
